In light of recent events regarding COVID-19, BCS is making every effort to do our part in keeping our employees, clients, families and community healthy. We are sanitizing high-traffic areas at regular intervals during the day and have stepped up cleaning efforts in the evenings. We have instructed our employees to work from home if they feel uncomfortable being in the office and have also mandated that they stay home if feeling any sickness at all.
To minimize the flow of traffic through our offices, we are instituting the following policies:
- No new appointments will be made for the remainder of tax season and it has been encouraged that existing appointments be cancelled.
- Your tax information may be dropped off at the front desk, put in the drop box/slot, or sent electronically through our portal system.
- If you are considered to be part of the “high-risk” population, we can schedule a pick-up at your house at no additional cost.
- We strongly encourage you to get your tax information to us as soon as possible. In the event our staff capacity is weakened or other unforeseen circumstances arise, getting your tax information in now will help us serve you best.
Please call the office if you would like to schedule a pick-up, need help with sending documents through the portal or with any other questions you might have regarding our policy.
