Don serves as Client Service Manager providing IT services such as network assessments and monitoring, server installation and management, workstation support, and printer support to external clients. Don oversees the management of BCS’s perimeter network security along with security for internal staff workstations. Don also assists in the day to day operations with the other IT staff on varying levels of IT-related matters within the firm.
Don came to BCS in June of 2002 as an Information Technology intern and was hired on full time upon graduating from Milligan College in May of 2005 with a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems and a minor in youth ministry. He is a member of Poplar Ridge Christian Church in Piney Flats, TN where he serves as a deacon and as a youth sponsor primarily for the high boys age group. Don and his family live in Johnson City.
