My Role at BCS
I run payroll, complete bank reconciliations, and during tax season I complete 1040’s and 941’s. I enjoy helping clients keep up with their small and large businesses and I help them get a better picture of monthly profits. During tax season I enjoy helping clients understand how financial decisions affect their taxes and how to plan for next year. I started working at BCS in January 2021, and I have learned so much since then!
Education and Experience
I graduated ETSU May 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. I am attending ETSU starting fall of 2021 to receive my Master’s in accounting. Before I worked at BCS I was a server for four years and the compassion for client satisfaction has transferred well towards my work at BCS.
Community Involvement and Personal Notes
I volunteer whenever and wherever I can. I enjoy helping others, I particularly enjoy outdoor work. I grew up on the lake, my Dad owns Mallard Cove Marina on Watauga Lake. My love for working outdoors began with the work that I did for him when I was younger. He has also been the source for my interest in Business and Accounting.
