My Role at BCS

I am a Manager and the Onboarding Specialist for in our Managed Accounting Services Department. I have clients all over the United States and take pride in providing premier service to each one. I want to help them to succeed in their everyday business operations, while providing an open ear as a friend when they need it.

I provide and oversee a wide range of services from traditional accounting services, including payroll, bookkeeping, state and local tax compliance to more in-depth services such as preparing financial statements, compilations, tax returns, and providing QuickBooks advisory services.

As the Onboarding Specialist for BCS, I help our new clients and newly established businesses set up their companies in the appropriate bookkeeping and/or payroll software that best suits their needs. I also assist them with their initial business registrations with all the proper federal, state, and local tax authorities.

Education and Experience

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from King University with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. After joining the BCS family in early 2011, I became a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor and currently hold certifications in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

Community Involvement and Personal Notes

I am a lifelong resident of East Tennessee and I currently live in Kingsport, TN with my husband, Wayne and our Siamese cat, Simon. I also have three adult sons: Tyler, Isaiah, and Corbin. I enjoy spending time with family, reading, watching movies, camping in our skoolie bus, and volunteering in the community to help those in need.
