Operations Update

by | Sep 30, 2024 | Hurricane Helene, News

Clients and Friends,

We are deeply saddened by the devastation that has hit our region. All the communities around us are experiencing loss and it is heartbreaking to see. We will continue to pray and assist our community however we can during this difficult time.

Our Boone office will be closed until further notice to repair flooding damage from Hurricane Helene. We are actively seeking a temporary drop off/pick up location for client work and will communicate once we have that in place. In the meantime, please call 828-264-3595 or email contactus@bcscpa.com with your contact information and a staff person will reach out as soon as possible.

Our Greeneville office is also currently closed due to damage to the pumping station that has left the majority of Greene County without water. We will be in the office from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the foreseeable future if clients need to pick up any paperwork. There is also a slot at the front door where paperwork can be dropped off at any time. We will continue to monitor the phones throughout the day.
